Your archive in a monitored warehouse, under a certified information security system
Archive protection has three layers: a certified management system, equipped warehouses, and procedures that record every movement. This page explains each layer for your procurement and audit teams.
- Quality
- ISO 9001
- Information security
- ISO/IEC 27001
- Warehouses
- Monitored, access-controlled
- Destruction
- Certified shredding
Quality management system
Our working steps are documented, repeatable and reviewed: how we collect boxes, how we register them, how we fulfil retrievals, and how we correct any error and prevent it recurring.
Information security management system
Protecting our clients' information is managed as a system: risk assessment, access controls, policies for handling documents and data, and regular review of those controls.
Physical protection of your archive
24-hour monitoring
CCTV covering storage and loading areas.
Access control
Entry to archive areas is limited to authorised staff and logged.
Fire detection and suppression
Fire detection, alarm and suppression systems inside the warehouses.
Controlled temperature and humidity
A storage environment that protects paper from long-term deterioration.
Purpose-built archive racking
Every box in a defined, recorded location, off the floor and away from direct sources of damage.
Room to grow
Large warehouses that let you add new boxes as your archive grows.
Controls on every movement
A unique code for every box
Linked to the department, period, contents description and shelf location.
A log of every movement
Every exit and return recorded with the date, requester and recipient.
Signed receipts and handovers
Listing box counts and codes for every move or retrieval.
An authoriser list
Retrieval requests are processed only from the people your company names in writing.
Confidentiality agreement
Can be signed with the contract, covering on-site teams as well.
Destruction decisions stay with you
Nothing is destroyed without your written instruction, and every destruction is certified.
Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law
Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 was issued, and its executive regulations followed in November 2025. Much of any paper archive holds personal data: customer files, employee files, patient files.
We document in the contract the controls we apply to these documents: who can reach them, how they are moved, and when and how they are destroyed. Your legal adviser remains the authority on your company's obligations under the law.
