The working cycle
Survey
We look at the size and condition of your archive and the document types, and identify the services you actually need.
Collection and coding
We collect the boxes against a signed receipt and give each one a unique code linked to its contents.
Storage
Each box gets a defined shelf location, and you receive the inventory.
Retrieval
Request a box or file by its code, and receive the original or a scanned copy.
Ongoing service
A detailed monthly invoice, a log of every movement, and new boxes added whenever you need.
Exit or expansion
On exit, the archive is returned matched to the inventory. On expansion, new boxes are added under the same system.
How we control every movement
Archive security is procedure before it is locks: who asked, who received, and where the box is right now.
ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001
Certified quality and information security management systems govern how we work, from collection to destruction.
Monitored, access-controlled warehouses
24-hour CCTV, with entry limited to authorised staff.
Fire and humidity protection
Fire detection and suppression, with temperature and humidity control to preserve paper.
A unique code for every box
Linked to the department, period, contents description and shelf location.
A log of every movement
Every exit and return recorded with the date, requester and recipient.
Signed receipts and handovers
Listing box counts and codes for every move or retrieval.
An authoriser list
Retrieval requests are processed only from the people your company names in writing.
Confidentiality agreement
Can be signed with the contract, covering on-site teams as well.
Destruction decisions stay with you
Nothing is destroyed without your written instruction, and every destruction is certified.
How archive storage and services are priced
Every service has a clear pricing unit. We send a quote with figures once we know the archive volume and the services you need.
